For a lot of our students, computer science isn't just a skill — it's one of the few things that stays the same week to week. A regular class time. A mentor who shows up. A project that's still there when they log back in.
That consistency is what donor funding protects. It helps fund the parts of "free" that don't show up in a syllabus but make the difference between a student finishing the program or falling out of it.
